Our Services
Our Grant Consulting Team offers the full life cycle grant consulting services from pre-award grant application project development, public outreach, and grant submission to post-award grant management services. Our success is the depth and breadth of our individual and combined experience. Each team member brings decades of grant research, writing and project management experience working on a broad spectrum of complex federal, state, and regional grants. We assist our clients by identifying the right fit and mix of available grant funding and facilitate a strategic funding approach for our client’s project priorities.
Working closely with our clients and their stakeholders throughout the pre-proposal planning phase, has helped to secure critical state and federal funds to spur community economic vitality and improved health and safety for disadvantaged and underserved municipal, rural, and tribal community members.
Our strength is our proven process which includes a thorough analysis and compilation of socio-economic data, convening with stakeholders during the pre-proposal development phase, preparing grant applications that are responsive to the grantor’s requirements, and compiling the documentation which support and strengthen the application.

We established a Rural Mobility division to address the needs of tribal communities to ensure they can receive funds to improve reservation roads and bridges. These services include compiling required documentation pursuant to 25 CFR 170 and updating their road inventories. We also assist Tribes maintain compliance with the Bureau of Indian Affairs by updating Tribal Long Range Transportation Plans.
